We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated person who can support us in industrial research and experimental development activities.

The ideal candiate:The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing project proposals, project management and implementation, as well as technical and administrative reporting. Responsibilities:Drafting of project proposals for national and international funding calls. Collaboration with the research and development team to define project objectives, methodologies and expected results. Monitoring project's progress, ensuring that all activities are carried out on time and on budget. Preparing technical documentation required for project reporting. Managing communications with project partners and funding bodies. Assistance in drafting of final technical and administrative reports. Ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements of funding calls. Key requirements:PhD or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Proven experience in writing and managing research and development projects. Knowledge of the main funding instruments for industrial research and experimental development. Strong skills in analysis, synthesis and technical writing. Capability in managing technical and administrative documentation. Hands-on experience in projects funded by Horizon Europe, PNRR, or other national and international funding programmes. Familiarity with reporting procedures for co-funded projects. Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Location: Naples.
