Offer Description The research activity includes the investigation, at an experimental level, of topics related to SSD IBIO-01/A, with reference to in vitro cell stimulation by using innovative devices and biomaterials.
Research is aimed at understanding the biological systems' reactions to different biological, chemical and mechanical stimuli, based on in vitro studies.
Research activities concern the development of materials and technological platforms to control the release of nucleic acids (gene delivery), in systems adequate for cellular studies under physiological and pathological conditions.
Teaching activities will be carried out in the context of courses in SSD IBIO-01/A, within the bachelor's and master's degree courses in Biomedical Engineering, in which the SSD is a characterizing discipline.
These activities include the organization and performance of lectures and tutorials, assistance in exams, and tutoring of undergraduate and PhD students.
Minimum Requirements Italian or foreign applicants, who have a PhD or equivalent qualification, obtained in Italy or abroad are admitted to the selection process.
In addition, in the past 5 years, they must have authored, co-authored, or edited a number of publications, accepted texts, essays included in collections, and articles published in print or digital journals equal to or exceeding the minimum required number of 12, excluding internal notes or departmental reports.
