No Offer Description The heterogeneous phenomenon of the digitalisation of work is modifying the typical features of labor law and the concrete organization of the different entrepreneurial realities.
New problems have emerged related, in particular, to the need to recognize meaningful guarantees and protections for workers in heterogeneous contexts where fully automated decision-making and monitoring tools are increasingly used in the exercise of employer powers.
The research aims to reconstruct the complex national and supranational regulatory framework of reference regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the various phases of management of the employment relationship.
