**Job Mission

The Reservation Manager will effectively and efficiently manage Guest and Customer inquiries and maximize revenue opportunities through upselling techniques with Guests.

As Reservations Manager you will handle , professionally and effectively, luxury customer inquiries and converts sales opportunities that emerge with Guests and customers interactions that may contribute to hotel profitability.

**What are we looking for?

- Work with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop a strategic sales plan

- Work with Melia contact reservation center to adapt reservations to our property

- Manage the Reservations Department to meet and exceed budgeted targets

- Monitor revenue variance, constantly, to identify areas of concern and build an approach to maximize revenue

- Develop accounts, proactively, and coach the team to develop accounts successfully

- Seek opportunities, actively, to increase revenue

- Understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data and build a strategic approach to manage trends

- Develop the Reservations Team to ensure the constant delivery of excellent Guest and customer service

- Recruit, select, and train Team Members

**What are we looking for?

- Previous experience leading a busy Reservations Team in a competitive market

- Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud as a must

- Excellent sales approach

- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships

- Excellent understanding of yield and diary management

- Analytical approach to work

- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed

- Strong work ethic

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- University Degree according to the position

- High Level of English, required level c1/c2

- Basic mathematical skills for report/forecast preparation and other calculations.

- Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays.

Able to perform tasks several tasks simultaneously.
