Reservation Specialist A Roma
Selected Tours Italy** is hiring a full-time **Reservation Specialist**.
Who can craft individual itineraries in Italy and facilitate reservations.
For the firsr couple of months, you will be required to work from our **Rome** office, and once familiarized with the system, you will have the opportunity to work from a preferred location.
- C2 proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- Have a good knowledge of all regions and areas in Italy, particularly Top Destinations;
- Have experience with a travel reservation system;
- Be able to use Google Chrome - Google Drive and GMAIL/Excel;
- Have excellent typing skills and be able to type at least 60 Words per minute;
- Be an excellent problem solver;
- Have good negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
