We are looking for two Reservations Agents to join our team, one for our five-star luxury property, Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina, and one for our five-star hotel, Excelsior in Pesaro (based at our headquarters in Pesaro), to support our team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: – Support to Reservations Operations: Assist the Cluster Reservations & Revenue Manager in managing the daily operations of the hotel's reservations department, ensuring all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.

– Ensure Five-Star Standards: Ensure that all booking processes and guest interactions meet the highest five-star standards, maintaining exceptional and consistent service quality.

– Excellence in Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

– Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements: – Previous Experience: At least 1 year in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

– Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (mandatory).

Other languages are a plus.

– Attention to Detail: Precision in managing bookings and market segments.

– Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team.
