We are on the lookout for a passionate Reservations Agent to join the summer season 2025 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Assisting and advising customers displaying excellent knowledge of the variety of options provided.

• Making reservations for customers based on their requirements and preferences.

• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.

• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

• Selling and promoting reservation services.

• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process according to

Jumeirah standards.

• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special

packages.

• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility, organisational skills and adaptability into a fast-paced environment.
