Rocco Forte Hotels manages some of the most iconic hotels in Italy: Hotel Savoy in Florence, Hotel de Russie and Hotel De La Ville in Rome, Verdura Resort and Villa Igiea in Sicily and Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia.

**The Position

Reports to: Regional Reservation Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Effectively use up-selling and cross-selling techniques;

- Use appropriate product and experience description techniques;

- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

We require:

- Previous experience as Reservations or Front Office Agent in hotels or tour operators;

- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.

A third language is a plus;

- Excellent communication skills with high-end clientele and good selling skills;

- Previous experience with hotel reservations software Opera;

- Motivation and ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment.
