**RESERVATION AGENT

**Main purpose**:

**Reports to**: Regional Reservation Manager.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Effectively use up selling and cross-selling techniques;

- Use appropriate product and experience description techniques;

- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

- **Technical Skills**: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role.

**Other requirements**:

- Previous experience as Reservations or Front Office Agent in hotels or tour operators;

- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.

A third language is a plus;

- Excellent communication skills with high-end clientele and good selling skills;

- Previous experience with hotel reservations software Opera;

- Motivation and ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment.
