Job DescriptionWe are looking for the right person to join the team, someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes our corporate & leisure guests. What you will be doing:Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemQualificationsGuest focused personality is essentialPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferredStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesValid Australian working rightsThis is a part-time role, requiring availability for 3 days a week including Saturdays, with flexibility around the other two weekdays.
