What will be your mission? As a Reservations and Event Specialist , you will record all details of incoming calls and coordinate each reservation ensuring guest satisfaction. What will you do? As Reservations Officer, you will directly support the Reservation Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property. You will ensure that all SOPs are being adhered to. You will assist in maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members. You will monitor daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated. You will work on inventory management, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in all applicable systems. You will assist the Revenue Manager in driving up-selling within the property and ensuring optimal use of all distribution channels, e. g. , IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices. You will support the management of events for our Reservation Manager, specifically with the following tasks: Manage group and event bookings. Manage the relationship with the guest from the moment of event confirmation until the collection of feedback post-event. Support the Reservation and Event Manager in site inspections. Contribute to the success of the events within the structure, ensuring full satisfaction and well-being of guests. Oversee the administrative activity related to the realization of the event, including its billing. Organize the logistics of the event, coordinating all involved departments (Front Office, F&B, etc. ). Take care of internal digital communication. What are we looking for? Experience in the role sought. Familiarity with hotel operations technology and all distribution channels.
