As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the Reservations & PBX team, ensuring excellence in guest interactions, sales performance, and operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIESGuest Experience & Brand Integrity:Uphold Aman's high standards, ensuring every reservation reflects our commitment to excellence. Sales & Revenue Strategy:Work towards hotel sales goals, ensuring the team effectively communicates the Aman brand positioning to guests and partners. Team Leadership & Development:Guide and mentor the Reservations & PBX team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support. Ensure all new team members receive a strong orientation to Aman's culture and standards. Operations & Systems:Oversee daily reservations and PBX operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Maintain a strong working knowledge of reservation software, PMS, and Microsoft Office tools. Ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. QUALIFICATIONSEssential Qualifications:Languages: Fluent in English and Italian (verbal & written). Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Reservations Agent in an international luxury hotel. Skills & Attributes:Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage reservations systems. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Desirable Attributes:Experience in Front Office or Housekeeping Operations. Maturity and confidence in handling guest interactions. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
