About the role As Reserve Account Executive of North East Italy in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Identification and segmentation of outlet universe: Identify all outlets within the assigned territory. Assign outlets to relevant outlet category based on segmentation guidelines. Visit outlets based on call frequency established for the relevant outlet category. Driving distribution of Diageo brands: Identify partnership opportunities with outlets in the assigned territory. Work closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team to identify distribution, pouring, and activation opportunities. Negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements based on company guidelines. Implementation of Executional standards: Drive priority sales drivers in line with minimum executional standards. Implement promotional activities for our brands in line with Diageo Europe activity calendar. Supervise and measure in-outlet performance and execution levels in CRM system. Identify and drive corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Partnership: Coordinate with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities with outlets served by wholesalers. Report to the Head of Reserve of Italy. About you Will to win; strive to beat predefined targets. Passionate about the night trade. Ability to influence Diageo customers for win-win outcomes. Executional attitude; deliver vs predefined targets and pursue additional opportunities. Flexible communication style based on buyer type. Quick learner; absorb skills and knowledge quickly. Willingness to work evenings and nights regularly. 2-3 years of Sales Experience is a strong plus (On trade is preferred). Proficiency in Italian and sophisticated level of English.
