We are looking for a Resource Manager.
The Resource Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining a network of language professionals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to meet client and projects' requirements.
Key responsibilities Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the pool of qualified resources, employing targeted strategies to attract talent through diverse channels.
Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of professionals for required roles.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify the best professionals for each project.
Present vetted candidates to the project management team or clients.
Manage costs ensuring alignment between project budgets and resource costs.
Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource-related issues, and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.
General requirements Experience as Vendor Manager, or Resource Manager or Account Manager in the language industry with a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
High analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
Proficient in computer and web technologies.
Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.
Strong ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
