Key Responsibilities:Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the pool of qualified resources. Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of professionals for required roles. Conduct thorough assessments to identify the best professionals for each project. Present vetted candidates to the project management team or clients. Manage costs ensuring alignment between project budgets and resource costs. Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently. General Requirements:Experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry with a minimum of 2 years. Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions. High analytical ability to interpret data and evaluate project performance. Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly. Proficient in computer and web technologies. Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results. Strong ability to manage stress and perform under pressure.
