How to contribute to our vision
- Create transparency in the resource reporting
- Gathering data, run data checks and trend analysis on BC resources across NE&ME OF.
- Design strategies and build tools to solve business problems or inefficiencies
- Connect with various stakeholders across the organization and collaborate with them
- Scope management requests and deliver the right input message for decision making
- Develop a structured approach for forecasting and planning resource & competence demands in alignment with the resource strategy.
- Ensuring monthly reporting and recommendations
- Manage the supply side assumptions taking into account leavers & promotion rates, upskilling timings, apprentice pipelines, over hour's balance management, sickness levels etc.

What you need to make a difference
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for
- Site planning (Preventive, Corrective )
- Load and capacity planning for short term planning
- Administers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site level
- Organize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operations
- Tracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities for short term planning
- Enforce a focus on safe work
