Role Purpose**:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support both internal and external recruiting processes for a specific area inside Vodafone Italy.

As Resourcing Expert you will perform in a fast-paced environment connecting with different stakeholders and collaborating with different teammates.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Involvement on project activities (e. g.

with Vodafone Group HR, Employer Branding events) on top of the daily recruiting activities

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Ability to challenge the business requirements, and to liaise with HR business partners and internal business stakeholders

- Ability to manage stress

- Excellent communication and relationship skills

- Negotiation skills

- Result-driven approach

- Precision and attention to details

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Previous experience as Recruiter/Head-hunter - working experience within a headhunting firm will be considered as a plus

- 4+ years of experience

- Proficient usage of HR ERP (know-how of SAP Success Factors will be considered a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter

- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
