Job Title: Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Manager to join our team at STUDIO CPA, a leading business consulting firm.
This is a direct hire position in Brescia, Italy.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager Administration HQ and have professional and disciplinary responsibility of the administration team in Italy.
The main purpose of this position is to ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Admin functions, ensuring internal customer satisfaction while complying with all internal and legal regulations.
This role requires operational management of tasks and projects within the administration line, implementing Management decisions by coordinating with dedicated staff.
Additionally, the candidate will prepare decision-making processes for the Management Board and support the Sales function through experienced business partnership, enhancing the decision-making process of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare business plans, budgets, and related periodical control reports, focusing on Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and cost drivers.
Analyze business potentials and offer suggestions for improvement.
Operate the Admin team (Customer service, Human Resources, Accounting, General Affairs) in major topics, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Evaluate and monitor customers' credit risks in coordination with the Admin team and Sales Line.
Develop and manage internal reporting to support Branch Objectives.
Cover focal points for all legal matters and contractual issues relating to customers and suppliers.
Coordinate the local existing Body, organizing meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Perform annual Branch Risk Assessments and periodically review internal control activities.
Drive the development of the Branch and its growth path in coordination with Local and Group management.
Requirements: University degree in Economics or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of job experience in business administration context.
Proven project management experience.
Broad knowledge of Finance, Human Resource, and Supply Chain processes.
Good IT knowledge of ERP-systems (NAVISION) and MS Office (Excel and Power Point).
Fluent English language skills.
Consultancy approach and ability to think analytically and strategically.
Assertiveness and ability to cooperate in international and interdisciplinary networks.
