**DUTIES

The Sales Administration & Trade Finance Mgr has to ensure the proper management of Customer contracts with the relevant invoicing, cash in and bonding accomplishments.

**JOB ENVIRONMENT

- Reporting to the CFO co-ordinates 1 resource reporting to him/her and operates in strict co-ordination with the CBU Business Control Mgrs and with the Project Managers;

- Interactions with the Finance's other professional families

- In Italy (General Accounting; Cost Control & Reporting)

- Within the Group (Sister Companies Finance Teams; Thales Shared Service Center);

- Interactions with banks and insurance companies

**MAIN ACTIVITIES

In compliance with the group rules and procedures the Sales Administration & Trade Finance Mgr.

:

- On daily basis cares the issue of Customer Invoices ensuring that everything is accomplished in time and in good quality;

- On daily basis cares the issue of bonds towards Customers (Bid bond, Advance, Performance) interfacing with banks and insurance companies ensuring that everything is accomplished in time and in good quality;

- On weekly basis reconciles cash in with accounts receivables;

- During Bid process, in co-operation with the Business Control Mgr.

supervise the assessment of contractual terms and conditions with particular attention to the invoicing and payment milestones and process;

- In Foreign Bids, in co-operation with the Business Control Mgr.

supervise the assessment of the best contractual structure, from a financial and fiscal point of view;

- Ensure that Group rules and processes on Customer Contracts Management and Bids are followed properly;

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

Experience of at least 5 years in similar positions,

Fluent in Italian and English,

Degree in Economics with good knowledge of incoterms and fiscal topics linked to customer contracts
