Job Responsibilities:Taking ownership of customer and project issues, managing a project team, and providing leadership. Leading cross-functional project teams from Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Development, and Purchasing. Monitoring project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved, and reporting to leadership. Developing and following project plans, meeting target dates, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Supporting RFI/RFQ activities by providing feasible work breakdowns, manpower planning, and development schedules. Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Experience in managing automotive-related projects is essential. The ability to manage different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, and schedules. Flexibility to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, and unpredictable events. Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. Upper intermediate English (B2) proficiency.
