Job Description:The resource will be placed within the Bistro and will be responsible for managing room service.

Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating daily work, supervising the mise-en-place of tables and service (lunch/dinner), participating in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team, recording orders, attending to guests, and supervising room preparation for all required services.

The resource will work in a harmonious environment focused on collaboration, with opportunities to develop talents in a context of excellence.

Fixed-term contract with the possibility of transformation to permanent status.

CCNL Tourism.

Classification and salary will be commensurate with profile and experience.

Hotel training Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

Knowledge of a third language is welcome.

A good knowledge of wines.

At least three years of experience in the same role.

Communication and management skills, customer orientation, and teamwork complete the profile.
