About the RoleAs Group, Conference & Events Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences, from corporate events and conferences to weddings and team-building activities. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, creativity, and a passion for delivering memorable events that exceed our guests' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:Managing, training, and developing team members to ensure seamless event execution. Working within budgeted guidelines to optimize resource allocation. Evaluating guest satisfaction and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining strong relationships with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery. Attending regular operations meetings to stay up-to-date on event details. Fostering lasting client relationships to drive return business and sales goals. Collaborating with other departments to maintain good working relationships throughout the hotel. Ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation. RequirementsWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a similar role within a hotel or events environment. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and people-oriented demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and a positive outlook with a proactive personality. Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory.
