**F&B Manager - Opening

As our F&B Manager, you will be the ambassador of our brand values and those of the company by having an open mind, a global outlook, and a desire to master their craft.

Our F&B Manager has a key role in creating, following, and maintaining the standard of service and quality of our product and offer.

With 120 covers, our F&B Manager will plan and lead every service by being present, creative, and proud of the products.

**Work Experience**Skills & Experience

- Create and adapt the menu and the food and beverage offered by thinking about new recipes, products, and ways of service.

S/He will work hand-by-hand with the Executive Chef and our GM open to new ideas and points of view.

- S/He is in charge of planning the events and exceptional offers during the year and coordinates them with our Community Manager.

- Recruits, train, and follow the team in the ways of our BINOMIO essence by being present and kind.

- **Ideal Profile

At least two years of experience at a similar restaurant.

High volume offer and big team management.

Large knowledge of local partners.

Sales profile with an accentuated taste in new hypes, ways of marketing, and cross-selling.

Pro-efficiency in English, a second European language will be a plus.
