We are a leader in PCB Manufacturing and we are seeking an IT Manager to oversee the operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities: Manage information technology and computer systems to meet organizational requirements.

Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT operations to achieve business objectives.

Lead the IT team, including staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

Develop and implement IT policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company needs.

Evaluate and resolve IT challenges to support strategic goals.

Conduct regular system audits to monitor and evaluate IT performance.

The successful candidate will be available to travel 10-25% of their time within Europe and Asia.

Proficiency in German is a plus, as is experience with SAP.
