It designs and builds robust, reliable and versatile vehicles, including heavy-duty vehicles for heavy off-road applications with a Total Ground Mass of more than 60 tonnes. For our Plant located in Piacenza, partnering directly with the Plant Manager, we are looking for a DOT Manager (WCM/Lean Manager). In this pivotal role, through the strategic deployment of WCM fundamentals and continuous improvement tools and techniques, you will be asked to deliver operational improvements.

You will be involved in the management of specific projects in the plant - besides being involved in daily operational activities.

You will support the implementation and coordination of the DOT goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the plant.

RESPONSIBILITIESLead the WCM/DOT agenda for production and logistics implementation for Piacenza plant;Analyze production performance using methodological and statistical tools;Implement projects to improve production lines through analysis of lines performance;Analyze industrial production processes and cycles based on DOT/WCM Methodology;Participate and collaborate in the Continuous Improvement process;Follow-up on improvement projects and results;Develop and maintain a reporting process for continuous improvement projects through KPI and KAI;Interface with all supporting functions in the Plant and coordinate the activities of all the streams and the interaction between them;Define priorities for all efficiency projects and initiatives relying on plant main losses deployment;Manage follow-up on improvement projects and the management system. REQUIREMENTSMaster's degree in Engineering (Management, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field);WCM/DOT toolkit application skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, etc.

);Strong Project Management knowledge;5-7 years of experience in WCM/DOT/Lean manufacturing related roles;Italian mother-tongue, English fluent;Advanced level in office suite;Leadership and accountability skills;Flexibility, learning agility, and teamwork skills;Belt (or similar) certification is a plus as a proven record of WCM/DOT tools implementation in the industry environment.
