Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones. Develop an understanding of customer needs and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of technical writers to produce high-quality documentsEnsure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestonesDevelop an understanding of customer needs and implement customer feedbackIdentify opportunities for process improvementReview operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors Requirements:2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation teamMinimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsInternational experience and ability to manage international projectsKnowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliersExperience in modern Lean and Agile OrganizationDesired skills in operation and maintenance processes, RAMS and Maintenance Plan process, planning and organization, and editing software programs
