We are seeking an O&M Manuals & Training Manager for a rapidly changing environment.

The successful candidate will manage writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and ensure effective interface management.

Accountabilities:* Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation* Ensure on-time delivery of O&M documentation* Prepare and deliver operation and maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and training programs* Ensure preparation of technical specifications for subcontractor manuals and training courses* Make technical writers prioritize high-priority feature release workDevelop an understanding of customer needs, review customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvementEnsure review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractorsParticipate in project phases within project scheduleRequired Skills/Knowledge:* Pioneering spirit* Integrity* 2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager* 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems* Ability to develop knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications* Ability to quickly learn new technical skills* Knowledge and experience in railway technical-logistic support documentation* International experience and ability to manage international projects* Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers* Techniques to handle relationships with suppliers* Excellent communication skills* Leadership skillsDesired Skills/Knowledge:* Operation and maintenance processes* RAMS and maintenance plan process* Planning and organization* Experience in editing software programsEducation/Qualifications:* Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineeringLanguages:* English proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
