About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced O&M Manuals & Training Manager to manage a team in Pistoia, Italy. This role involves overseeing technical writers to create operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and milestones within project timelines and budget;Develop and deliver comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high-priority feature release work;Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;Review and implement customer feedback;Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases. RequirementsIntegrity2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;Ability to develop working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications;International experience and ability to manage international projects;Excellent communication and leadership skills;Experience in Lean and Agile Organization. The estimated salary range is approximately €60, 000 - €80, 000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
