Hitachi Rail is seeking a self-motivated O&M Manuals & Training Manager to manage a team of experienced writers and ensure proper interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation Ensuring on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule Developing an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful Reviewing and implementing customer feedback Identifying opportunities for process improvement About Us A career at Hitachi Rail will help create a legacy.

Accountabilities The O&M Manuals & Training Manager will have the following accountabilities:

Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation Ensure preparation and delivery of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan Ensure the preparation of Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule Required Skills/Knowledge The ideal candidate will have:

Pioneering Spirit Integrity Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications Desired Skills/Knowledge The ideal candidate will also have:
