O&M Manuals & Training Manager We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the creation of operation and maintenance documentation, training courses, and interface management in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation Ensure timely delivery of O&M documentation and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and training programs Collaborate with subcontractors to prepare technical specifications for manuals and training courses Develop an understanding of customer needs, review customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement Participate in project phases within project schedule Required Skills/Knowledge: Pioneering spirit Integrity 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems Ability to develop knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications Excellent communication skills Leadership skills Desired Skills/Knowledge: Operation and maintenance processes RAMS and maintenance plan process Planning and organization Experience in editing software programs Education/Qualifications: Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering degree

Languages: English proficiency is essential

This role is based in Pistoia, Italy, and requires international experience and ability to manage projects worldwide.

Estimated salary: €60, 000 - €80, 000 per year, depending on experience.
