Job Description The O&M Manuals & Training Manager will oversee a team of experienced writers to create operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and ensure seamless communication between the Design and Build team and the O&M team. Accountabilities: Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation; Ensure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule; Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan; Develop Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses; Implement process improvements, including new editor software, and coordinate its communication; Requirements: Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team; Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems; Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products and processes; International experience and ability to manage international projects; Excellent communication skills and ability to work with suppliers in an integrated supply chain approach; Desired Skills: Operation and Maintenance Processes; RAMS and Maintenance Plan process; Planning and organization; Experience in editing software programs; Education and Qualifications: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering; English Proficiency; J-18808-Ljbffr
