O&M Manuals & Training Manager Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage a team of experienced writers, produce operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and ensure proper interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

The position is based in Pistoia, Italy, and requires a minimum of 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems.

About the Role: Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget;Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful;Review and implement customer feedback;Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate implementation;Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule;Requirements: Pioneering Spirit;Integrity;2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications;International experience and ability to manage international projects;Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers;Excellent communication skills;Negotiation Skills;Leadership Skills;Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization.
