Job Description: We are seeking an experienced O&M Manuals and Training Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring effective interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation Ensure timely delivery of O&M documents and milestones in accordance with project schedule Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses Ensure effective prioritization of content, experience, and process improvements within the team Requirements: Pioneering Spirit Integrity 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams Desired Skills: Experience in editing software programs Knowledge of Lean and Agile Organization Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering background English language proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
