Job Description:We are seeking an experienced O&M Manuals and Training Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring effective interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team. Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentationEnsure timely delivery of O&M documents and milestones in accordance with project scheduleDevelop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program PlanPrepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training coursesEnsure effective prioritization of content, experience, and process improvements within the teamRequirements:Pioneering SpiritIntegrity2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation teamMinimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teamsDesired Skills:Experience in editing software programsKnowledge of Lean and Agile OrganizationElectrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering backgroundEnglish language proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
