Job DescriptionHitachi Rail is seeking a motivated and self-driven O&M Manuals & Training Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experienced writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and ensure effective interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

Key AccountabilitiesManage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation. Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget. Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful. Review and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes. Required Skills/KnowledgePioneering Spirit. Integrity. Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system. Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills. Leadership Skills. Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization. Desired Skills/KnowledgeOperation and Maintenance Processes. RAMS and Maintenance Plan process. Planning and organization.
