About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated O&M Manuals & Training Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. The successful candidate will manage a group of experienced writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring timely delivery and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities: Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring timely delivery and milestones according to project schedule and budget. Develop an understanding of customer needs and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan. Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course. Accountabilities: Review and implement customer feedback. Ensure effective interface management. Requirements: 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager. 3 years' railway system engineering experience. Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products. Desired Skills: Operation and Maintenance Processes, RAMS and Maintenance Plan process, Planning and organization, Experience in editing software programs. Salary: €60, 000 - €80, 000 per year
