Job Title: Technical Documentation ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned technical documentation manager to oversee a team of skilled writers.

Key responsibilities include managing a group of technical writers, ensuring timely delivery of operation and maintenance (OM) deliverables and milestones, and developing an understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of technical writers to produce high-quality documentsEnsure timely delivery of OM deliverables and milestonesDevelop an understanding of customer needs and implement customer feedbackIdentify opportunities for process improvementReview operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractorsRequirements:2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation teamMinimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsInternational experience and ability to manage international projectsKnowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliersExperience in modern Lean and Agile OrganizationDesired Skills:Operation and maintenance processesRAMS and Maintenance Plan processPlanning and organizationEditing software programsEstimated Salary: $80, 000 - $110, 000 per yearO&M Manuals & Training Manager - We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the creation of operation and maintenance documentation, training courses, and interface management in a rapidly changing environment.
