Key Responsibilities:Manage technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentationEnsure timely delivery of O&M documentation and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and training programsCollaborate with subcontractors to prepare technical specifications for manuals and training coursesDevelop an understanding of customer needs, review customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvementParticipate in project phases within project scheduleRequired Skills/Knowledge:Pioneering spiritIntegrity3-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systemsAbility to develop knowledge of technical products, processes, and applicationsExcellent communication skillsLeadership skillsDesired Skills/Knowledge:Operation and maintenance processesRAMS and maintenance plan processPlanning and organizationExperience in editing software programsEducation/Qualifications:Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering degree

Languages:English proficiency is essential

This role is based in Pistoia, Italy, and requires international experience and ability to manage projects worldwide.

Estimated salary: €60, 000 - €80, 000 per year, depending on experience.
