About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced O&M Manuals & Training Manager to join our team in Pistoia, Italy.

As an O&M Manuals & Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring proper interface management between teams.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation; Ensure timely delivery of O&M manuals and milestones within project schedule and budget; Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan; Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize high-priority feature release work; Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes; Review and implement customer feedback; Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases.

Requirements: Integrity 2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team; Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems; Ability to develop working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications; International experience and ability to manage international projects; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Experience in Lean and Agile Organization.

Desired Skills: Operation and Maintenance Processes RAMS and Maintenance Plan process Planning and organization Experience in editing software programs Education: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering degree required.
