We are seeking an OM Manuals Training Manager to join our team at Hitachi Rail. This role is responsible for managing a group of experienced writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and ensure proper interface management between the Design and Build team and the OM team. The position is based in Pistoia, Italy. Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation;Ensure timely delivery of OM manuals and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget;Develop and deliver Operation Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses;Collaborate with the team to prioritize feature release work and implement content improvements;Understand customer needs and review/implement feedback to improve manual quality;Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate implementation;Review and approve operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors;Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule. Required Skills:Integrity2-5 years of experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;Minimum 3 years of railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems;Ability to learn new technical skills quickly;Knowledge and experience in railway Technical-Logistic support documentation;International experience and ability to manage global projects;Negotiation Skills;Leadership Skills;Experience in modern Lean and Agile Organization.
