Job Description: Talent Solutions, a company of the Manpower group, in collaboration with a multinational client operating in the aeronautics sector, is looking for a Maintenance Manager.

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

Setting maintenance strategies in line with corporate strategies; Defining maintenance policies with attention to reliability, availability, maintainability, safety of systems, total maintenance costs, and compliance with current legislation; Defining methods and plans for preventive maintenance (contents, frequency, responsibilities, timing, and conditions of operability), work standards, and related procedures; Promoting and technically supporting production in the introduction and development of self-maintenance; Proposing framework agreements with strategic suppliers; Preparing and monitoring maintenance performance indicators, ensuring their dissemination, and setting up the measurement system to evaluate all maintenance processes; Ensuring support for the management of the maintenance information system, proposing any improvement needs for the system itself; Taking into account all aspects of improving the maintenance system by identifying all appropriate actions to extend the useful life of systems; Suggesting continuous adjustment of the skills of all personnel involved in the maintenance process; Coordinating maintenance system information with the involved business functions.

Minimum Requirements: Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
