Job Overview We are seeking a responsible and proactive Night Manager to oversee the night-time operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring guest satisfaction during night-time hours. You will work with the front office team to ensure excellent service for our guests, continuously fine-tuning service and guest management skills, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties Manage and coordinate all activities during night-time hours, including front desk operations, security, room service, housekeeping, and maintenance; Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally; Evaluate and improve processes to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the night; Monitor cash registers and report discrepancies to the administrative department; Take care of guests, check-in and check-out operations in compliance with department standards and procedures; Produce complete nightly reports, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and incident reports; Ensure accuracy andcompleteness of all paperwork to be shared with management and administration departments; Maintain professional relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues; Communicate effectively with daytime management and other departments to ensure continuity of operations and address any issues or concerns that arise during the night; Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments; Implement appropriate protocols and coordinate with emergency services as needed; Requirements Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work independently and make decisions; Excellent problem-solving abilities; Fluent in English and Italian; Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software; #J-18808-Ljbffr
