Restaurant Manager – Angelica CapriAngelica Capri is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our young, dynamic team and lead the front-of-house operations with warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of hospitality. We are a small, exclusive restaurant with limited seating, offering a carefully curated menu that blends authentic family recipes with a modern touch.

Frequented by both locals and international guests, Angelica Capri is a place where high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together to create a truly special experience. Your Role: - Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.

- Maintain the highest standards of guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued.

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.

- Manage reservations and customer relations, helping to maintain and enhance our restaurant's reputation. What We're Looking For: - A team player with strong leadership and communication skills.

- Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.

- A passion for Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude.
