What this role involves Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage teamSupervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire teamEnsure all levels of service run smoothlyManage financial outcomesUnderstand all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor Act. Maintain stock levelsHire, develop, and coach team membersAttend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required. The successful candidate for this role can speak English and has similar experience and passion for making a guest smile and having a clean room and leading your own team on the weekend when our housekeeping manager is away or if she is on leave.

You MUST be able to work a flexible roster and weekends.
