What this role involves Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage team Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team Ensure all levels of service run smoothly Manage financial outcomes Understand all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor Act.

Maintain stock levels Hire, develop, and coach team members Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required.

We have a small team with a 'family' mentality where we help each other.

The successful candidate for this role can speak English and has similar experience and passion for making a guest smile and having a clean room and leading your own team on the weekend when our housekeeping manager is away or if she is on leave.

You MUST be able to work a flexible roster and weekends.
