Restaurant General Manager - SUSHISAMBA Milano Sunset Hospitality Group is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager for our new opening of SUSHISAMBA Milano , a fine dining restaurant that brings together the diverse flavours of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
Main Responsibilities Accountable for SUSHISAMBA Milano management performance and assurance of meeting goals.
Maintains and provides strength to company's brand position in the region.
Partners with the corporate Managers in achieving business results.
Prepares and oversees budget and financial plans for SUSHISAMBA.
Collaborates with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term brand operational plans.
Sets strategic goals for operational efficiency and increases productivity.
Approves marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing Manager to promote operations business and ensures implementation.
Builds, develops and manages an operations team capable of carrying out needed operations and unit growth strategies in addition to improving employee and guest relations.
Provides leadership for problem resolution and improved working relationships.
Assists Managers in overcoming obstacles to effective operations ensuring outlet operates at high quality level with an emphasis on service excellence while adhering to health and safety.
Works closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Works closely with the purchasing department on any supply/vendor issues affecting lounge's operations.
Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar.
International experience in fine dining restaurants (Asian cuisine is a plus).
Preferably, with previous experience in nightlife venues.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-end venues.
Fluent in Italian and good communication skills in English.
Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics.
Ability to maintain high quality control standards.
Highly cooperative team spirit.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in a multicultural environment.
Problem-solving skills.
Permanent contract.
