We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Guest Relations to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

The Role of Restaurant Guest Relations: The Restaurant Guest Relations is an essential member of the Food Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
By nature of the position, the Restaurant Guest Relations is the guest's first impression of the restaurant and has extensive knowledge of menus, menu ingredients and guest preferences.
Responsibilities: Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
Take reservations using the Hotel software, review the daily reservation book and seat guests with or without reservations according to their preferences.
Ensure guests' names and preferences are recorded according to Four Seasons standards.
Organize the menus for each service to ensure quality, condition and appearance.
Ensure to have a complete working knowledge of the menus and be familiar with server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity.
Support the FB Team with other service tasks when needed.
Our Ideal Restaurant Guest Relations will have: Previous food service experience ideally in a luxury environment.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, a confident outgoing personality, a can-do approach to any request.
Ability to remain calm in a high-paced environment, flexibility and teamwork approach.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
A third language is a plus.
Legal right to work in Italy.
