For the next season, we are looking for a Restaurant Hostess to join our team at La Terrazza.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/she should have exemplary customer service skills.

Managing telephone reservationsWelcoming customers upon arrivalEscorting customers to the reserved tableHandling of any needs (checkroom service etc.

)Assisting with information requestsRequirements At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurantsExcellent team work skillsDetermination to achieve goalsFluency in English at a professional level and preferably one additional languageAbility to adaptAbility to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressureOther requirements: Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team playerDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleaguesGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or backgroundSeasonal Labour contract according to C.
