Company Description The resort is surrounded by the panoramic vineyards of Monterotondo, in the Piedmont region, in the heart of the famous Gavi area: an oasis, far from the hustle and bustle, immersed in the silence of the countryside, within a warm, tranquil timelessness.

The eighteenth-century farmhouse buildings are composed of L'Ostelliere, a charming four-star hotel, La Gallina, a refined restaurant dedicated to the local cuisine, and the vineyard, Villa Sparina, whose wines earn national and international recognition each year.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager - Maître d'Hotel at Villa Sparina Resort located in Gavi.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring new employees, and maintaining quality food and beverage service.

We guarantee one and a half or two days off per week depending on the role.

To the monthly salary will be added the thirteenth and fourteenth rati paid monthly, and at the end of the contract, the untaken vacation and severance pay for the relevant work period.
