What we're looking for… Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role in a busy, bustling environmentProven track record managing a large FOH teamA true passion for service whilst maintaining the integrity of our brand standardsManagerial skills to achieve budgeted KPI's in labour, COS% and OPEXIndividuals.
